Orange County Based Traffic Control and Safety Corp Files for Bankruptcy


The Newport Beach based company Traffic Control and Safety Corporation has recently filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy. The company was formed in 2007 and provides barricades, signs and lighting for traffic control.

Traffic Control and Safety Corp filed for bankruptcy in Delaware, the state where it is incorporated. The corporation lists its assets between $10-$100 million.

With the Chapter 11 filing, Traffic Control and Safety Corp will likely stay operational and reorganize its debts in order to pay off its creditors. Its two largest unsecured creditors are Fifth Street Capital and Marwit Capital.
