Bankruptcy filings are down for the Central District of California. LA County has seen a decrese of 14.4% and Riverside/San Bernandino counties have a decrease of 18.7%. However, Orange County bankruptcy filings how only decreased by 8.2%.
Despite these decreases, California still leads the nation in number of bankruptcy filings and the Central District of California still leads the country in bankruptcy filings for all federal districts.
